We purchased a production machine with Ricoh and at the time of us looking at the machine they said it could run carbonless as long as it meets the specs.Which our paper does.
Mind you I ask if we could run carbonless 5 times and each time they said yes. Now after having the machine around 4 years they are wanting to change their mind and now we can not run carbonless, because they say it hurt the machine and they are now charging us for the replacement parts, which we were never told. They are liars. DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY JUST LOOK FOR REASON TO CHARGE YOU MORE FOR THINGS.
I GUESS THEY ARE HURTING FOR MONEY.SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE.
