Terrible Company to work for.
I was a field service technician for Ricoh for over 6 years until 4/2022. If I had known how bad this company was and how bad they treated their employees I never would have taken the job.
Their compensation is not on scale with their promises and the miles that they expect you to travel each day and still meet their metrics is impossible. I worked for this company for 6 years never received any kind of compensation or recognition other than what would be expected from a normal employee until the covid issue started taking their employees away and they had insufficient amount of field service technicians to complete all the service calls in a timely manner. I have been employed in the technological field since 1999. I do find some aspects of the machines to be adequate and in some cases Superior but the main issue I see with them is thier constant need to redesign something that worked well in the past.
And when they do introduce a new model that has all these changes to it, the field service technicians never get any training on the new machines until they've been in the field for over a year and you already figured everything out on your own by then.
But what kind of customer service does that lead to when customers expect a technician to walk in fully qualified but then he walks in looking like a deer in the headlights because it's a new model he's never seen before and doesn't know how to fix it.
And then when you do call into their technical support desk, half the time you get a person that speaks a language with an accent you don't have a clue how to understand, ir an obviously younder person who obviously knows kess than you do, so that's another dead end as far as efficient customer service goes.
When the people that work for the company are worldwide and you can't understand their language, this is a big issue. I would avoid this company as an employee and as a customer even though they do have decent quality products their support is awful and the way they treat their employees is awful as well.
My service area as a field technician basically because of covid and employees quitting in droves, went from a 50 square mile radius to almost 150 in a little less than a couple months. I bought a car 2 years ago just for this job and 2 years I put 85,000 miles on it and I'm sure the compensation is not adequate to cover all these costs and the price of gas that changes constantly.
The end result is I regret working for this company and they treat their employees like just a number and that's all they think you are there's no human aspect to this company you are nothing but a number and a robot.
Their mission statement of "Imagine Change" which they live by is hurting their business on a massive scale.
They need to realize that just because they have the engineers and the technicians that can redesign these machines every year is that people don't always like change and change isn't always necessary to make what you sell a better product.
And boy was I Hoodwinked when I first saw this job posted online. I was thinking wow a Japanese company with all these ethics and all these lifelong commitments the Japanese culture makes to ethics, only to find out that culture is a complete lie and they are like just about every other capitalist Enterprise in this world where profit is all that matters when it comes down to Brass tax.

Husband had the camera in the ocean for an hour and the battery door came open. The camera is completely fried.
We got one hour of use and paid 400 dollars. I don't recommend this camera at all. Totally ruined my vacation to Hawaii. We had to buy a different camera on the island.
There is no way he could have accidentally opened it.

Horrible Company & Product
We purchased a dtg a year ago and have yet able to print anything but yet our account is being charged faithfully every month without fail. Your customer service department is beyond horrible and absolutely no help at all.
No one at that company values people business but wants our money. This is ridiculous to have this huge piece of machinery taking up space and a company not willing to help and gives the consumer the run around!!!

Regarding Cartridges Delivery

each time I order cartridges , I get a half set or just 1 of 1 . I always request for full set of four . This is really annoying

The worst customer service ever experienced in my life. Small business trying to get our first DTG printer and they messed up the order by not including the pretreatment, didnt ship it out when they said they would, delivery keeps getting delayed, anytime we talk to someone they give us some bs wishy-washy excuse as to when it will be here or why its delayed.
Absolutely terrible customer service.
They needed the money up front, right away and once they got it, delay after delay and excuse after excuse. Avoid doing business with them by all means possible!

Our company has a contract with Ricoh, never again. There is not one aspect (quality control, website, customer service, equipment service) about this company that doesnt suck.
Run dont walk away from any product or contract with them, it has been abysmal. No service and trying to nurse a half broken machine that cost us 6k.
And still waiting for toner after 3 orders placed and you cant even get through to any customer service to help you. Disgusting.

Did not received my order purchased through a website
Hi, still no answers from anyone and my order is still missing.
I buy hand sanitizer and other stuff from NGUYEN DUY TOAN after waiting almost 3 weeks I decided to cancel the order because I have no information of delivery and the website I purchased the product from was not up and running at the time, so I started to wonder, I contact PayPal, and they supposedly contacted the merchant, and they gave him a UPS confirmation # I track my package and it was mark as delivered almost a week ago at a front desk to a police officer, so I contact UPS to find out where was my package because it was not delivered to me, they told me that the address on the package was not my address and the sender was Ricoh company, and that they couldn't give me any more information because of privacy. To be honest I'm still confused, I think it was all a scam and it was planned by many.
