The employee they have running the mail room at City Hall is rude, childish, lazy, she dress nasty, who hires kids to run a business. They never get billing correct, and charge to much for a service and company that sucks.
Took my dependable machine away. Put new one in. worked 3 weeks. AND now has been down 3 weeks with only a promise of a new one. Little to no communication.
